We were moving across the country to Iowa so we needed a lot of communication and trust with our agent and I'm so glad we decided to work with her because she gave us both of those things and more. She was quick to answer any questions we had, did an awesome job showing us homes via photos and videos, and was with us every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of. There was a lot of moving parts to bring our family across the country but she helped make one of our stresses a little less stressful and I can't thank her enough.

My initial meetings with Kaity convinced me to work with her for the long term as we searched for a home to purchase in Iowa. Kaity was always very prompt to our meetings and responsive to our calls, even when she was traveling. She spent a lot of time explaining the market, the documents, the procedures, etc. She was very patient with our endless questions. She showed us homes that had the details we were looking for. She is very personable, warm and friendly. Kaity is a terrific agent! She even gave us a lovely housewarming gift that perfectly matched our home style.
