My initial meetings with Kaity convinced me to work with her for the long term as we searched for a home to purchase in Iowa. Kaity was always very prompt to our meetings and responsive to our calls, even when she was traveling. She spent a lot of time explaining the market, the documents, the procedures, etc. She was very patient with our endless questions. She showed us homes that had the details we were looking for. She is very personable, warm and friendly. Kaity is a terrific agent! She even gave us a lovely housewarming gift that perfectly matched our home style.
