Buyer reviewWe saw a house and wanted to see it and went to the century 21 website and found Kaitlyn - she got back to us right away unlike 3 other agents we reached out to! She was so prompt and came over to our home and wrote the offer she was exactly what we needed in a critical time of need and indecisiveness with moving. She went above and beyond and got us an awesome price on a property and even got a great pendingnperiod that worked great for us as buyers and the sellers! I wouldn't recommend her enough, we've purchased and sold over a dozen houses and this was by far the best experience we've ever had when buying! If you need someone to be in constant contact, get you the best deal, and be so genuine she's your girl! we appreciate you so much Kaitlyn!

She is very knowledgeable in the market areas for where we build houses and makes visions and possibilities that shouldn't be possible for clients possible.

We got 2 potential custom properties on this one home and she works with the clients and the design team extremely well. She designed this house, staged this house, and sold this house! She is multi level agent! I would highly recommend her, we use her for all of our new construction and personal properties! She's the best!
