Kaitlyn was very accessible during the entire sales process and has an ability to take complex situations and make them easy to understand for her buyers. Her knowledge of the Des Moines Area was a huge asset for us as we analyzed multiple areas to purchase in. I would strongly recommend using Kaitlyn for any type of real estate transaction.

She was so prompt and came over to our home and wrote the offer she was exactly what we needed in a critical time of need and indecisiveness with moving. She went above and beyond and got us an awesome price on a property and even got a great pendingnperiod that worked great for us as buyers and the sellers! I wouldn't recommend her enough, we've purchased and sold over a dozen houses and this was by far the best experience we've ever had when buying! If you need someone to be in constant contact, get you the best deal, and be so genuine she's your girl! we appreciate you so much Kaitlyn!

She is very knowledgeable in the market areas for where we build houses and makes visions and possibilities that shouldn't be possible for clients possible.
