We got 2 potential custom properties on this one home and she works with the clients and the design team extremely well. She designed this house, staged this house, and sold this house! She is multi level agent! I would highly recommend her, we use her for all of our new construction and personal properties! She's the best!

Seller reviewWhere do we begin! My husband and I are the in-laws to Kaitlyn and we had an impossible house to sell. We had a lot of technical difficulties on our end and definitely didn't have all of our ducks in a row before selling we lived in this property over 18 years and it's a 50+ acreage so we acquired some things! Kaitlyn brought us buyers and actually got more land sold than originally listed, it was pending for 6 months and she was very communicated during the entire pending process which she couldn't have handled! She talked to our lawyers personally and helped get things going quicker than they would have. I truly believe we couldn't have done this without her family or not. She was so attentive and had to be on both sides of the transaction! She really handled all obstacles and gave 100% to all parties! She is a dream agent and can't wait to use her again for a lot easier transaction (on our end) thanks Kaitlyn!

Seller reviewPrior to Kaitlyn taking over the sale of the home it was listed for 4-5 months without any offers. Within a month of her taking over the listing it had close to 20 showings and 2 offers. She worked extremely hard for me to get it listed and create a lot of traffic in the home. The communication was superb and provided useful feedback to get the home sold. Will recommend to everyone I know.
