In 2017, I was living in Colorado, and wanting to move back home to Sioux City to be with my new grand kids. I selected Kameron when I found his smiling picture online! In my experience, I find it highly beneficial to work with a professional who has a happy, positive attitude, who enjoys their work, likes people, and is capable of having some fun in the process. His picture seemed to convey that - and he proved to be every bit of all that plus some! So he began finding properties for and showings for me while I was still planning my move. Within three weeks of landing in Sioux City, we were closing on a great property for me. I took possession immediately. Throughout the entire process Kameron paid attention to every detail and made many suggestions which proved to be a great benefit. He pushed where he needed to push and listened to my concerns and questions. I am convince he saved me lots of $$$ and with his knowledge of the area, he helped me avoid some real pitfalls where I might have made mistakes were he not in my corner! Flash forward 18 months to 2019, and I was ready to buy a second property as an income rental property. Kameron did not flinch when I turned out to be very picky about finding the right property according to my standards and needs. Even though it took some months due to my standards, he helped me find just the right property in Morningside. Always cheerful and never irritated when I passed on a listing. I now have some great tenants renting from me. If I should ever be fortunate enough to be able to afford another great property, I will turn to Kameron. I now consider him to be a trusted friend and associate. I would recommend him to anyone.
