After attending North High School here in Siouxland Kam decided it was time for a change in scenery (and weather) and moved to Long Beach California where he received an associate's degree from Brooks College. Three years of fun and a degree passed and Kameron decided to move back home to pursue his sales career. Selling since the age of 16 he has many years of sales and customer service under his belt. As many of you know Kameron spent 5 years selling automobiles for a local Toyota dealership and now, when he isn't glued to a computer screen trying to find the perfect home or commercial property for his clients, he spends time working for the Men's Wearhouse (a local clothier), rooting on his favorite sports team and trying very hard not to be the worst golfer in Siouxland (work and weather permitting of course!). Buyer reviewWhen I conducted an internet search, I was looking at all of these pictures of realtors. All strangers to me, and I had no referrals. So Kameron's picture stood out because he is smiling in the pic. If I'm gonna work closely with someone over the course of a couple months, the ability to make work fun is important to me. He also looks confident. Another great quality in a realtor. Here is the bottom line: We would all like our realtor to do everything perfectly, answer all communications within 30 seconds, etc. etc.etc. But the reality is we are people dealing with people, and to some extent that involves building a relationship, building trust. Kameron excels in this area. He communicates well and doesn't make assumptions. I'm not always easy to work with, and he allowed for that. And, he was very patient. I'm a picky shopper, and I wanted a particular type of property. He never once balked when I turned a house down, or attempted to pressure me in any way. I would recommend him to anyone with complete confidence that he would do a great job. VERY satisfied customer here.
