She was knowledgable about the real estate market for our location. We had many months of contingency but she was always checking in on the sale of our house. Once that happened, Kandice was on fire to make something happen. Kandice took us through the buying process until we signed on the house of our dreams. I would recommend Kandice for anyone in the market for their house.

Seller reviewFrom the very beginning of working with Kandice she was extremely polite and welcoming. Never in my life did I think I'd meet someone to honest and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with having her in your corner because she truly knows her business well. She told me what I needed done and when with exact times, I reached out past 5pm a couple times and she went out of her way to answer those questions. If I buy another house I'm calling on Kandice! She made use feel like what we wanted mattered and we wasn't just a hurry up and get paid situation. I'm a 15 year combat vet, and my grunt brain sometimes couldnt comprehend the Greek ( real estate jargon) she was saying. She stepped up and figured out a way even i could understand. She was a great representation of what a professional would do in handling everything thrown her way in every situation imagined, and man did it seem to happen.
