Karen was a referral from a friend. We were moving from 1000 miles away and desperately needed someone who was not only a go-getter but also very connected to the community and didn't mind going the extra mile . Karen went above and beyond for our family. I never had to ask her to go look at a property. If we sent her one via text or email, she was on it. Even if I hadn't asked her to go look at it, being 1000 miles away, sometime she would let me know a couple hours later that she had already gone and looked at it and knew that it wouldn't fit our family or it was promising and had taken a video already and was ready to do a FaceTime walkthrough. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and fun. Karen not only knows real estate thoroughly but also knows houses. See saw things in houses that we hadn't even considered.. She was exactly what we were looking for. Assertive, go-getter that wasn't bound by typical business hours I can't say enough about this agency and Karen Barker as an agent. I would recommend to anyone and plan on using them in the future. Karen was a belling to our family. We were a difficult sale and Karen never made us feel as such.

When it came time to sell my house I knew Karen was the only agent I needed to call. Her hard work and dedication combined with her extensive knowledge of the area has always proven to be a winning match. Karen had my house under contract in 2 days!! I would not hesitate to call her again should I ever need to sell any other property, residential or commercial.

Mrs. Karen was, as Tina Turner would say, simply the best! She was extremely knowledgeable in every area, and guided us every step of the way in this buying process. She made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner, and continued to help us after closing to ensure we would be comfortable in our new home. I can't say enough good things about Mrs. Karen, and anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home should give her a call...she's better than all the rest!!
