When I am not working I have a passion of games including Backgammon, Euchre, Pinochle and Poker. I also enjoy bike riding with my husband, playing corn hole, ladder ball and walking my poochie fur baby "Bella". In the future I would love to play Pickleball and learn to be a better cook.

I have been a Realtor® for over half my live (32+ years) and an Associate Broker since 2005.
I decided to become an agent because I love to serve. Prior to becoming an agent I was a server in a couple of high end country clubs and restaurants as well as a couple of establishments similar to the "Cheers" TV show. I live by "Dedication" which is the act of dedicating, the state of being dedicated. My dedication to Real Estate is so great that I have time for little else. This is only a part of my attitude toward my career. I started selling Real Estate as a part time job in 1990 to supplement the family income. Today it has become an "all-time" career and i love it...finishing each year with an award for excellence and production.
Nothing brings greater joy than to help a single mom who never thought she could buy a home to the senior citizen that is overwhelmed by the whole process of bundling up their 50 years of stuff and relocating to a small one bedroom condo. Specifically with this client, i arranged an estate sale, netter her $11,000 and arranged for people to move her to her new home.
My Favorite part of being an agent is the happiness I feel making someone's dream of homeownership come true as well as the relief a Seller has of selling their home and moving on to their next phase of life.
My advise to all y clients, both the buyer and seller is have faith and confidence in their agent but be understanding that there will be bumps and bruises along the way

I specialize in residential properties with a passionate focus on the senior citizen population. First time buyers and all the anxiety they can feel is another one of my specialties. Helping them with the loan process all the way through the closing and getting the biggest hug of gratitude, there is nothing like it.

Seller reviewKaren went above and beyond, in terms of what one would expect of their agent. We knew going in that closing on this house was going to be complicated, due to our being out of state and having to depend on other family (with their own caveats) to help us get the house in selling shape. Our family was a bit delayed in removing things that they wanted from the house--so delayed that we had already closed on the house. Karen got with the buyer's agent and, not only bought them some time, but also paid for a uhaul to help them move the items, which she also helped deliver to another location. We cannot say enough nice things about our experience.
