We had used Karen in the past to buy our property in Ramona and our new home in Escondido. She was the obvious choice to sell our Ramona property. Karen is always so professional and she is extremely knowledgeable of the Ramona market. She made the entire process low stress and was so easy to communicate with. Karen was efficient and detailed, she was able to show us our new home very quickly and was honest about our decision to make an offer. She also recommended a great lender for a loan. She right away got to work ,recommending inspectors and making appointments for bids on needed work for the house. Our home was a difficult case and she made it seem like just another day at the office which reduced the stress considerably. We couldn't have done this without her and she is worth her weight in gold!!

Karen was prepared with print outs of previous condos that had sold in the Green Haven/Country Villa complex in SD Estates. She had a plan of contacting owners of the condos that had the floor plan I wanted, she asked me if I was in need of a rental while I was waiting -- I surely was, but unfortunately there were none available in my price range -- and she suggested we go look at a couple that day just to get a feel for the community. I could tell she was really listening to me and what I wanted....and she delivered :) Did I mention how calm she was? I really liked that. It's like having a house with a foundation built on a rock when you know the storms are going to come! I had been through selling a house 3 years ago and it was extremely stressful. Now I know that had a lot to do with the agent I used. Karen's a woman who could easily sit on her laurels (I read all the glowing reviews on Real Satisfied when I was researching her online), but she treated me as though I was the most important client she had. Nice! I can't imagine a better real estate agent than Karen Domnitz. She should open a school to train all agents who want to be Agents of Excellence and not just Real Estate Agents. OK, maybe just Century 21's agents! She's amazing and I was actually sad the afternoon I went to pick up my keys and realized that I would no longer have a working relationship with her! She's just the nicest, most friendly and patient person I know....and she laughs at my jokes! Thanks, Karen!!!
