She receives the highest rating possible from us and using another agent would never be a consideration. Buying or selling a home can be an intimidating process especially if one is experiencing this for the first time. Although we are not first-time sellers or first time buyers and have used Karen in the past. The point is this: Karen Dugan is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She's extremely knowledgeable and is a strong client advocate who genuinely cares about her mission to help her buyers and sellers. She goes above and beyond to answer all questions in quick fashion and takes the stress out of what could be a very stressful situation. In addition, she simply a nice person and a joy to deal with.
