This is the second time we have worked with Karen Dugan and I would highly recommend her. Anytime I had a question she was available to answer it and made buying our forever house less stressful. You can tell she loves being a real estate agent.

We were moving out of state to a property that we already owned and Karen sold our home in Columbus even though we were finishing up the final details from a distance. Karen was the best part of our home buying experience. Home buying can be stressful and aggravating but Karen was honest, resourceful, quick, and easily accessible. If it wasn't for Karen, I'm sure we wouldn't have our dream house! I will be telling anyone and everyone who I find is looking to sell/buy and house about how great Karen is!
