Buyer reviewWe just signed on the purchase of our next home and Karen Dugan of Breeden Realtors was the best agent with whom we've worked. She was always professional, approachable, and kept our needs and wants in mind. She was working for us and not just a sale. Even while dealing with a family medical issue, she was in close contact with us. The other staff at Breeden were always attentive and helpful to us. She pointed out little things that could be potential issues for every house that we looked at and as a first time home buyer, this was very important for us because we didn't necessarily know what to look for.
