She demonstrated experience, knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. This was our 9th move in 25 years and something we deem of critical importance is accessibility to our agent. Karen always responded right away and was very good at communicationg progress in multi-step/party issues. She was also very good at being 'present' when we were together. Despite her ability to respond right away (to us and we assume her other clients too), we never felt like she was distracted or not focused on our situation. This is an admirable skill coupled with her knowldedge of the markets, builders and area. We very much appreciated having Karen through this process.
