Hello to everyone - I have lived in Hampton Roads since 2012. I made my way here via the military. I am a military spouse with 8 moves under my belt. I have enjoyed the travel from Maryland, Hawaii, Tennessee (2), Texas, Arizona, Colorado and now Virginia. I would not trade that experience for anything. She put together a list of places she thought I'd like, and she also took the time to go through the list I found on my own - pointing out things I missed or didn't fully understand. From start to finish, she was completely invested. She encouraged me when I needed it, and she kept me grounded when I started drifting toward places outside my range. She reminded me of my budget, why it mattered, and how important it is not to end up house poor. With Karen, I didn't just look at homes - I felt supported every step of the way. Karen even helped me when I ran into issues with my financial institution not upholding there part. She gave me advice and told me my options. I've never worked with century twenty one before, but due to this experience and my dealings with karen I will recommend them as a brokerage company. However wherever Karen goes I will follow and send people.
