We were hesitant at first to use someone we knew because sometimes that doesn't always work out like you hoped, but working with Karen was the best decision we ever made for purchasing and selling our property. Karen's ability to ALWAYS been available was a major plus as well. Karen is by far the best realtor we have ever used. I cannot say enough good things about her and the company. They really set the bar high and it will be hard to find a realtor like her in Illinois. I wish she were here with me and I'm sad that I will not be able to use her again.

Buyer reviewOnce again Karen did a wonderful job! She sold our house back in August 2016 we were ready to move onto bigger and better since we found out we were expecting. We looked and looked for roughly 6 months. Karen was so patient and understanding with what we were looking for and would meet up with us at anytime. We just closed on our perfect home to raise our baby boy in. It was a great experience we will always use karen!
