We had a wonderful experience while working with Karen Myers. We started looking to buy a house roughly 6 months ago Karen was our Go to lady. She has sold a few of our family members houses, as well as purchasing them a New home. During anytime of the day she was available and sent us properties everyday that would meet the "standards"' we had on our list. After putting in a few bids on a couple of homes we loved they ended up falling through(not on Karen's part though). We got a little Discouraged, Karen still continued to look around for us. We also had to take a break and rethink what we wanted, we then decided to build a home. We then also decided to sell the current home we were living in, instead of renting it out which was our first thought process. This entire time Karen checked in on us and remained so very patient with all of our rollercoaster decisions. I messaged her late one evening and told her we decided to sell our current home, she responded immediately and had everything taken care of and on the market in less than 2 days! Our home sold in less than a week with us walking away happily. Everything during closing went very smooth and we were in and out of the office in less than an hour. Would do the entire process all over again with Karen Myers any day!
