Seller reviewI have known Karen for a number of years, but I've never worked with her in the buying or selling of a house. Karen was on top of things every step of the way. I knew this particular property would be a bit challenging to sell, but Karen was undeterred. I am ever so grateful to have had Karen as my broker/agent and would recommend her to anyone!

She sold us the property almost 9 years ago, then helped us sell it with 2 days of listing it, and for more money than we dreamed it was worth. She is amazing! She was able to put us in contact with a local builder who is working on nearby lots so we could get some much needed information about the ease of building on one lot versus another before we made our offer.
