As a 20 year resident of the area and very involved in our community, I feel I have good experience with what the North Iowa area has to offer. In addition, I have 15 years experience as an elementary teacher. Communication skills grew during those years! I am a wife and a mother of 3 wonderful children and a resident of Clear Lake. With my well rounded background, it is my goal to help you with your real estate needs!

Buyer reviewI would recommend Karen to anyone that I know or meet. Her knowledge, communication, diligence and everything I'd look for in a realtor she did perfectly...but what was more impressive was she even exceeded what I already thought amazing. Throughout the process I knew she had my best interest top of mind and understood what I was looking for and the time frame. Being 1200 miles away, I was a little concerned at how little I could physically be involved but Karen did everything that needed to be done to make it pain free and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This experience was smoother than buying a house that was only a few miles away! Karen is absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for her work ethic throughout my buying experience and anybody would be lucky to have her as a realtor!!!!
