I was not necessarily in the need for a high quality agent since I have worked in the industry for years. I was just looking for a realtor that was friendly and would show up on time. However, I am extremely lucky to have been paired with Karie. It became clear that we needed to move fast on the house and Karie went above and beyond communicating with the listing agent and facilitating each step of the transaction, all while keeping me in the loop and not letting anything fall through the cracks. We ended up closing with an 18 day escrow and my family and I were able to move in to our new home quickly.
