Karie has been amazing. We had one tenant on one side of the duplex we sold and Karie was very kind and professional in working with the tenant. This was important to us. Karie is focused and hard working. She worked very hard to represent our interests and accomplish the sale in a professional manner. We were able to realize a higher sale price than expected due to Karie's marketing and diligence in initially handling multiple offers and then following through with the buyer and promptly addressing any concerns.

Karie is truly the best! She worked with us for a year or so to help us find the perfect home in Newman for our family! She was always available when something came up and we wanted to see it! She would regularly send us homes that we thought we would like as well! She was quick to respond to all our communication and if we had a question she always had a quick answer! When we found the perfect home she handled the transaction and made sure it was smooth as possible! She was very on top of everything and we were always ahead of schedule!
