Karl has lived and worked in Petaluma all his life and has been licensed in California for over 37 years. He operated the family real estate brokerage which was in business for 60 years before merging with Century 21 Epic in 2022. Karl is the principal broker for Bundesen Property Management. Karl's focus in recent years has been listing and selling ranch land. Karl has a proven track record of ranch sales and has emerged as a market leader in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Karl has earned the following professional designations: GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, CRS Certified Residential Specialist, CRB Certified Brokerage Manager. Karl was also awarded by his peers the following: 1994 Petaluma's Realtor of the Year, 1996 Edjar K. Hansen Award and the 2014 Spirit of Sonoma County Award, Karl is a trained in Mediation by the National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the North Bay Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee. Karl was elected to be one of Northern California representatives to the National Brokers Communication Congress and then appointed by Century 21 for an additional 2 year term.
