Buyer reviewEarly in 2024 we made a decision to relocate to Pennsylvania but knew very little of the area before starting our project. Using Zillow we located Karl and expressed basic ideas of what we wanted when we moved to PA. We found Karl to be exceptional in his knowledge of the area we wanted to relocate too. We determined that staying close to Rt. 84 was very important to continue Mrs. English's commute to work in Montgomery NY. Karl researched the properties that met our needs, single family homes, condos and townhouses, we made ultimate visits to different locations before finding Rivers Edge townhouses. With Karl's persistence we were able to sway one of the owners to sell us her unit which matched our needs in every possible way. Without Karl's help we doubt seriously that our goals could have been achieved in the short period of time we had available as our house in NY was already sold.
