Buyer reviewKarl is always available, even willing to contact seller post sale to ask questions about things we couldn't figure out how to use in the home. Very professional and almost was like looking for a home with your best friend who does all the behind the scenes work for you. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend!

He answered literally all of my calls, even 9pm onces in critical stages of purchases. I would consider myself a pretty needy client and i felt really taken care of. I will continue to work with him and would highly reccomend him to any potential buyers or sellers.

Buyer reviewI made a number of calls through online listings over the weekend. Karl responded first on a Saturday and arranged a showing for the following day. He followed up with info about each house we saw. (How long on market, sellers agents comments, etc.) He continued with enthusiasm while we narrowed down our search. Karl took my calls to his personal cell phone at night and over the weekends. Right up to the closing! If I had chosen to deal with another agent, we probably would not have found our dream house.

Buyer reviewKarl Spicer is the excellent agent by all means. He is very honest and in the process he could know what kind of house we are looking for. Sometimes we got confused and fell into compromising but his advices were so right and he put us back on the track. Also he negotiated with other side very professionally in the difficult seller's market. Without him I am not sure I can get this house. We are inviting him to our house warming party and for now Jarl is our lifetime friend.

Seller reviewIt was between Karl and some other guy from another agency. The reason we went with Karl was because at one point, he said that he wasn't sure about an answer to our question, but that he would check and get back to us. Maybe for some, they would cross him out because of this and go with someone who knew. However, we appreciated that he was humble and honest and wasn't afraid to say "I don't know, let me check." Humility and honestly are rare in this day and age. We got to know Karl outside of the real-estate market....he is very friendly and just a really great guy. We're so glad we chose him as out realtor
