When we decide to sell our Portland home we first talked with my dad and brother to see if either of them wanted the listening. Due to it being a bit further than they wanted my dad suggested we use a Brooker out of Portland or Westbrook office. He suggested Kate but told us we could use anyone. Within mins of Kate walking into our home for the first time we knew she was the one for us. She was present-listened to what we wanted and needed. She was informated- provided us her knowledge and wisdom but not agressive. And most importantly she was kind, pleasent and personable. I was Leary of working with anyone except Gary or Brian but Kate put that worry to rest quickly. She listed the house on a Thursday, open house Sunday, offer on the table by 8:30 Monday morning and under contract by 5 that evening....she helped us negioate each step of the process successfully and 45 days later we closed!!!
