Buyer reviewKate Miller is a wonderful realtor. We had not purchased an existing home since 1979 and Kate helped us every step of the way. She is a great listener and after one conversation knew what we were looking for. Knowing that we had to travel about 90 minutes to Bloomington from our home she offered to preview properties for us and give us digital tours. Her local knowledge is excellent, and references to local service providers was extremely helpful. We hope to never move again, but if we do we will certainly call Kate.

She never lost sight of what we were trying to accomplish and patiently helped us find what we needed. She explained things clearly and patiently and often more than once. She went above and beyond multiple times to help us arrange additional services so that we could meet deadlines and to make the process as easy as possible for us. She was supportive during what is always a stressful time. We are very grateful and would use Kate's services again in a heartbeat.
