She helped me with direction, explained in great detailed about the market in her area, about how things are being done and helped me find a loan broker. She answered all my questions with length and made sure I understand everything. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy a real estate property in the Cleveland area. I sent Katherine to multiple properties before I made my choice, and she went there (as I was not in the area) and took photo's and Video's for me which helped me understand how the property looks and why I should buy it or not. She explained the advantage and the disadvantage or each property and together we compared between different properties, my budget and need so I can find the perfect match for my family.
