Kathleen Amphrazis was the ideal real estate broker for us. She was referred to us by a close friend who knew her very well and highly recommended her. She also was very knowledgeable of the towns we were interested in. After one phone call to Kathy, she knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to suggest to us our perfect home that day. As soon as possible my husband and I went out to see that house along with a few others in the same town. Sure enough the first house she suggested to us, the very first one we saw was the home of our dreams! Kathy was very professional, informative, confident, and trustworthy.
