I've been dealing with Kathi Amphrazis for many years now and in my opinion she's one of the best in the county, I'm an investor and she has been my go to agent for purchases, sales and rentals. Kathi Amphrazis is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients, she has assisted me numerous times, from waiting in my units for inspectors, to purchasing and installing smoke detectors and fire extinguishers that were expired, she does it all. Kathleen Amphrazis was the ideal real estate broker for us. She was referred to us by a close friend who knew her very well and highly recommended her. She also was very knowledgeable of the towns we were interested in. After one phone call to Kathy, she knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to suggest to us our perfect home that day. As soon as possible my husband and I went out to see that house along with a few others in the same town.
