Seller reviewI first listed my house with another agent and she had it on the market for over 3 months and didn't get a buyer. I canceled my contract with her and asked Kathy to take over. She listed it on a Wednesday we had 2 people view it on Sunday and 2 offers on Monday. I wished I had Kathy from the start I would have been moved to Illinois before the winter and would have had a better chance of getting a better home. I love Kathy she is great at what she does.
