Not only did she help us find the first home of our dreams, but she consistently made us feel like more than just clients - she treated us as if we were family. She was very realistic throughout the entire process, explaining the best areas for us as a couple while taking into account all of our priorities in our first home and combining her local expertise to make our dreams a reality. Throughout the process, Kathy went above and beyond to consistently check on us and give us advice when prompted. My husband was unable to join during the entirety of the process due to his work schedule, and she always found ways to ensure we were both informed, comfortable, and involved in all of the houses and discussions. Kathy's negotiations skills during the closing process were essential and made a huge impact on our ability to close. Her experience, character, and compassion make her the best suited agent for anyone looking for a home in the entire area!
