I never felt uninformed or overwhelmed by the process as Kathy led me every step of the way. I let her know what I was looking for and what I could afford and she went to work for me immediately. Within days she began scheduling viewings for me and within 2 weeks we had found a condominium within my price range. Kathy was always prompt to showings. She always pointed out the high points and the low points of prospective properties which was incredibly helpful in the negotiation process.
