I have been a lifelong resident of the Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana area graduating from Indiana University with a BS Degree in Business Management. I am within the top producers at Century 21 Circle in sales production and strive to give my clients the best experience they could have with buying or selling. My focus is on what I can do to help my customers. I love what I do and am thankful daily that I get to make my career one that I love. My goals are not only to help my clients through the buying or selling process but to also continue educating myself to be better every day. In addition to making your experience easy and uneventful. I first received my broker's license in 1997 in Indiana. I worked in the industry for several years before deciding to put my license in referral. I was married to my current husband and was going to be a mother for a second time when I decided to focus on family. I have a son and daughter who both live in the Michiana area as well. I decided to again achieve my license in 2017 in Indiana and in 2022 also received my Michigan Salesperson license so I can help no matter which side the state line you need. I am working and striving to help my clients in every way possible.

Throughout the journey on closing my house, Kathy has been incredibly attentive and patient with my requirements which changed along the way. Few things I would like about my interacting which may have been mentioned before: - Adaptability: My requirements for the house price change and Kathy worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted - Honesty: For me, it's something that goes a long way. Kathy did not sugarcoat anything while we looking for houses. - Patience: Throughout the house buying process, I went through some personal issues and Kathy was patient and allowed me to take care of those issues. With me working an hour away, Kathy accommodated with my crazy schedule. - Resourceful: They are few home renovations projects I am planning on doing and Kathy put me in contact with people who have done a great job. Kathy is very resourceful. If she doesn't know, she knows who to contact. Overall, I enjoyed working with Kathy and I will recommend Kathy to anyone looking to purchase a house in the area!
