Welcome! My name is Katie Kiel. I was born and raised in Greenwood, IN until moving to Franklin Central for high school where I met my husband. We're parents to a sweet little girl and a rowdy Labrador retriever! I went to IUPUI for Elementary Education and taught for 3 years in Center Grove schools. After teaching, I began working at Emmanuel Church where I am still actively involved as a volunteer. My passion for Real Estate stems from my heart to serve others. Helping people begin their stories in a place called home, is what drives me every day! Everyone deserves a space to call their own, a space to create memories, and I love to be the one helping them along the way. Seller reviewKatie stopped by and offered to help me sell the house. That is how I met Katie. I was impressed with her willingness to truly "help", not just list the house and sit back. She stayed engaged the entire process, picking up the ball regardless of who dropped the ball. She is able to "see around the corner" and anticipate issues before they surface. She kept this sale moving forward even though I was out of the country. I felt like the sale was in the hands of a trusted family member. She will do well as a realtor because of all the intangible components she brings to the table. Katie conducted herself very professionally, however she was also very approachable.
