Buyer reviewKatie was amazing. We were relocating from Germany so had to do video showings. She always had things arranged for us within a day, was very thorough with the walkthroughs and had very important background in construction as well so was able to identify and point out potential problems as well as simple fixes. She is friendly and helpful, and goes way out of her way to accommodate our schedules. We have bought and sold 6 houses, and even being remote, this is the best experience we've had with a realtor and her team of finance and closing folks. Highly recommend!

She went above an beyond from day 1, spending a considerable amount of time showing properties, giving advice on finishing a basement, sharing contact information for contractors, pricing, etc. She was always very responsive and accessible, was a great negotiator with the builder, and worked well with the lender and title company. She was seriously AMAZING, and worth every penny, and more! We will definitely be recommending her to anyone we know that is looking for a realtor.
