Buyer reviewMy wife and I now consider Katina Ramsey a personal friend after she helped us get our dream lake front acreage. After 30 years of buying and selling property, we are so happy to find Katina to purchase land for our new eastern Tennessee home. She has a cheerful, positive attitude and kept our negotiations with the seller's agent on track. She had a plan to get us the best price on the property from the first phone call with her. Amazing communication during the counteroffer process. At no point did we feel out-of-the-loop or not know exactly where we stood with the seller. Katina is a tough negotiator with enough southern charm to close the deal with everyone happy. It really was a great experience and she will be our agent going forward with property purchases. She is an asset to Century 21 and the Knoxville area.

Buyer reviewKatina is the only reason why I found and currently closed on the home I loved. Her energy was awesome and it made me feel like I was house searching with a friend. She never sugar coated anything (which I loved), and always wanted the best for me. She was never pushy or rushing me to go with a home if it didn't sit right with me. Buyer reviewKatina was so helpful in my first time buying a home. She was so patient with me because I asked a lot of questions. She has a lot of knowledge of the area and has the know how and the who to call information at her fingertips. When I thought I lost my deal due to the VA Appraisal being lower than the accepted offer, she was very reassuring that it will be ok. This process was very difficult and confusing for me, but she was the greatest making me feel at ease with the process. If I ever buy another property, I will definitely use her again.
