Any questions you have she has a great answer that is based on real knowledge and previous encounters. You can tell she has experience and is excellent at her job. While this may make her seem like an uber serious individual focused on her work, she is actually a joy to be around and is great at making the process fun. Being my first home purchase, I was really at a loss on what I needed to do and what was going to work for me. As soon as I contacted Katrina, everything just seemed to start falling in place.
