Katrina Goodrich was nothing short of amazing! I became executor of my late fathers estate, which is located in Roosevelt and I live hours away in Washington. This was far from ideal but, add in the pandemic and travel restrictions...I was exhausted just thinking about it. I discovered Mrs. Katrina by sheer luck. A family friend of mine recommended a local realtor which met with me in late October. We did not connect and when she left I felt even more frazzled about what to do with these houses.. after a month or two of contemplation, I called the local Century 21 office and explained my conundrum. The office had Katrina reach out to me and I knew after one conversation that she was "the one". Total opposite of the previous people I had spoken to and met with. She hit the ground running and within days had gathered me loads of information and had my properties evaluated and listed. Most importantly was how she communicated with me day or night, walking me through each step and offering her knowledge and know-how. She treated me like a top priority at all times, I've used a few realtors in my day and Katrina was by far the most professional, fast acting and helpful realtor I've ever come across. I learned alot from her and feel there would have been no one better to guide me through this process. She was very quick to assess my house and offered lots of helpful tips. If she didn't know an answer she dug until she found it. The only negative thing I can say about her is that she is too far away so she can't sell my house in Washington if I ever move

Katrina Goodrich was very knowledgeable about the area, and what similar homes were selling for. This knowledge played a major factor in making our decision to purchase the home that we did. Katrina Goodrich took into account what is important to us as were looking for properties and consistently sent us updates whenever she found something she thought we'd be interested in. We were very happy with her and will definitely be using her again.
