She was quick to help us find a house from a distance and really kept us in the loop regarding any concerns related to the property. She kept her eyes open for other properties we may be interested in and was honest with us about the whole process. Being first time home buyers, Katie was patient and willing to explain steps of the process to us until we felt we understood them. She made herself available via emails and text messaging, as well as phone calls, which was essential while we were still in Virginia. Katie helped us every step of the way, demonstrating knowledge of the area and compassion (and a good sense of humor) to the situation of buying a home from a distance during a pandemic. I would highly recommend Katie Murray to anyone looking to purchase a home in Brookings and surrounding areas.
