Seller reviewBesides being a really good human, Kelley is professional in all aspects of her work, very communicative (she was constantly in touch with us, day and night, weekday and weekends), knowledgeable about the market and had an amazing plan to make sure we were having an abundance of showings, an open house and under contract within days without a lot of displacement from us. She had a great plan to get us through that painlessly. Kelley worked within our timeline and at our pace. Kelley is very passionate about her clients and her work. I truly believe she would do anything to make sure her customers were happy with their sale or purchase. I would recommend her to everyone and if we ever move again, she will be on our team! We just love her!

She worked with us during that time, guiding us all along. Because of Kelly's effort and guidance, it took less than 24 hours to sell our house, at the price more than we wanted. I would recommend Kelley as a broker to friends, family or to anybody, that might be selling or buying a home in Maine. Anybody who will work with Kelley will never be disappointed. Her professionalism in dealing with her clients is exeptional. Kelley is great.

She is knowledgeable about both the process and based on client needs, what is available. Kelley is also down to earth and easy to talk to. We experienced a particular complex issue in attempting to have my mortgage company issue a partial release of interest in a small piece of a large property. It took 4 months to accomplish this, and Kelley hung in there 100% of the time. She is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel I am fortunate to have Kelley be the broker of this property. In addition, It was necessary for me to retain legal counsel to deal with the mortgage company. Kelley Skillin-Smith professionally and effectively interacted with all involved, especially with my attorney.
