Seller reviewThis is the second time we have used Kelley as our Realtor, both when we bought this house 10 years ago and when we sold it. Went buying the house originally we found Kelley to be quite knowledgeable of the greater Portland area and really listened to our needs to find us the house. When we recently sold it, she again listened to what we were needing to do to get ready for our move and was in tune to exactly what the current marketplace was doing and put together a winning strategy for selling the house. The sale timeline went exactly as she layed out in her plan. Exactly. When both buying and selling the house, we found Kelley to be the utmost professional, passionate about what she does, friendly and most of all patient with us. We would highly recommend Kelley and would use her again.

Seller reviewBesides being a really good human, Kelley is professional in all aspects of her work, very communicative (she was constantly in touch with us, day and night, weekday and weekends), knowledgeable about the market and had an amazing plan to make sure we were having an abundance of showings, an open house and under contract within days without a lot of displacement from us.
