As first time home buyers we were lost in a competitive market. We got advice from coworkers to find an experienced agent who does real-estate full time. Kelley Skillin-Smith was so helpful and knowledgeable in finding and securing our first home. The tips she provided and frank conversations about what our life would be like in each home we toured were so valuable. We could tell Kelley really cared about us and finding the right home we would be truly happen in. We would highly recommend Kelley to any first time homebuyer that might feel overwhelmed with jumping into real-estate.

Flash forward 5 years when it came time for us to sell our home and move back to our hometown, Kelley was our first call. Kelley exceeded expectations as a sellers agent. She helped us set a plan for selling our home step by step, we felt like her only client at all times. Kelley's marketing of our home blew us away. The pictures were AMAZING, which really sealed the deal for potential buyers. We had five over asking offers within a week because Kelley marketed our home correctly and aggressively in a fast paced market. Hands down the biggest concern we had was the appraisal of our home. Kelley worked so hard for us during the appraisal, really showing off the unique features of our home and property. She successfully portrayed the value we saw and the buyers saw in our home. We can't say enough good things about Kelley, she is an excellent buyers/sellers agent and a genuinely caring person. Experience matters in real-estate and we felt confident with Kelley by our side.

Kelley was wonderful to work with and was with me every step of the way. She advised, calmed any qualms I had, and frequently checked to see how I was doing.

Kelley is fantastic! She basically held my hand the entire time, from decluttering for a yard sale, to staging the house for pictures, to the actual weekend of showings, and then through the process of sorting through the offers and helping me to make the right decision for me. She made everything as easy as it could possibly be. I had been in my home for 44 years, and she understood how much it had meant to me and my family.

I feel very fortunate to have had Kelley as my agent, and now as a new friend!

Kelley Skillin- Smith was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable with the housing market and helped us price our home perfectly. From day one she made everything so simple. Kelley came to our home and told us exactly what we needed to get the house ready for pictures and then ready for showing. We had a lot of clutter and moving around to do (due to our small children), and Kelley was very encouraging and sent us texts or called to check on our progress. Kelley hired a photographer who took beautiful pictures of the home. Once the house was officially on the market, we were under contract in about 14 days. Kelley stayed in touch through the whole process and we chatted just about every other day. She spelled out exactly what we needed to do and the whole experience was made easy and enjoyable. We are now looking for a new home and are highly confident Kelley will get us into our forever home. This whole experience did not feel like business; it felt like a friend helping us to sell our home. Kelley truly cares about her clients and what is best for them and that shines through.
