As a 20-year Real Estate Veteran, I am committed to providing the highest quality of service. I am an experienced and successful realtor with a proven track record of goal attainment and relationship development within the highly competitive and evolving real estate market. I sell homes at top dollar faster than the average agent-on average 30 days or less. I believe my firsthand experience on the emotions, struggles, and logistics of relocation and my knowledge of the amenities, schools, neighborhoods and points of interest for the different communities will offer tremendous insight to the many families moving into or away from the area. Coupled with my combination of 20 years' experience in real estate, strong work ethic, "get it done" personality, service oriented attitude and compassion, will allow me to make a positive contribution to the customer and the team. Buyer reviewI loved working with Kelli, from the moment I spoke to her on the phone my husband and I loved her. That is alot for me because my husband is a man of FEW words and from the day he met Kelli he liked her. I love that I could call her with concerns and she would be there to navigate, listen and teach me with no JUDGEMENT! she was knowledgble of the area, and i could access her whenever i had problems / concerns. After working with her i was able to find something that i love.

She should teach her method to others in the industry. I've interfaced with so many realtors both in the military and post retirement; Kelli's way of operating, openness, integrity, and deep knowledge of the industry coupled with her collaborative mentality and dedication to keeping us informed resulted in a 2 day turnaround in finding our buyer and lifted any stress that would come from this process off of our shoulders completely. Buyer reviewAt the end of March I bought my second home. It wasnt the easiest process but I have the best realtor hands down in the DMV. From beginning to end I felt like we were her only clients. She made sure she broke everything down to us we didnt understand and even if we did she made sure to go over with us anyways. She has a kindred spirit and established a level of trust I didnt have with any other realtor. I knew she had our best interest in mind and it wasnt just about her getting commission on another home. She does her best to protect you as the buyer.
