Kelli Chatman will always be the one who made us believe again that is is possible to be an experienced agent and at the same time, be a personable partner to us as we sought our home as a family. Kellie was on top of her game in all the critical performance areas. Besides, her expert knowledge of the real estate industry and in-debt knowledge of the local markets/trends, Kellie provided an excetional customer service experience for me. She became more of a conselor and availed herself, even after-hours to answer my numereous questions, which helped to ease my concerns and stress at times when I fel my loan application will fall through. In the end, after I shared my previously failed attempt to purchase home in the last 10 years, Kelli was even more committed to making my quest for home ownership a reality. I was surprised to her knowledge of the loan application/approval proccess. In fact, she provided as much guidance in the area of loan processing than my loan processor. I told Kelli that she was more of a counselor than a Realtor and I meant every word. I will definitely recommend Kellie more than a zillion times over for her can-do attitude and willingness to go far above the call of duty!!! My wife and I enjoyed working with Kelli. She traveled quite a distance to meet us each time and was always very pleasant. She was knowledgeable in the products that were offered and timely in her response to our many questions/concerns. Although my wife dealt with her the most she was always very inclusive when it came to me and any concerns I had. I have no problem recommending her to our family and friends!
