I have a passion for real estate and exceeding the expectations of my clients. Whether in business or life, integrity is my driving force. My first year in real estate I was awarded Rookie of Year based on servicing my clients and overall sales. And since then, I have not looked back. My goal is provide my clients with the best class service in helping them buy and/or sell their home. Prior to real estate, I worked in sales/marketing and national account management where my strengths included negotiating contracts, building relationships with clients, developing sales and marketing strategies and driving sales. I graduated from Adelphi University where I earned a Bachelor of Science. Being a REALTOR has allowed me the opportunity to bring together my extensive and ever-evolving knowledge of the real estate market with my skills and strengths from my past work experiences which allows me the fully understand and address every client's needs. I am constantly driven to deliver at the highest level possible. My goal is when you ask any past clients of mine about me, they will say I was: committed, led with integrity, hardworking, professional, approachable and persistent! Buyer reviewAs a 23 year old man with a newborn and a handicapped father-in-law we had very specific needs in our new home. As we churned through the infinite online listings we felt as though we were going to have to settle rather than find what we needed. Kelli was very quick to understand our needs. Not stopping there, she went a step further and helped us develop a better understanding of what we wanted. Every single house we stepped in she helped us get and idea of not just what we saw but what it could be. At the end of the day we are happily in a house that is exactly what we wanted. Kelli made the process easier than buying groceries. She was polite, professional, understanding, patient, attentive to detail, and the list goes on. Our concerns were her concerns. There was never a moment that we felt we weren't a priority. She treated us with the professionalism you would expect but in a way you felt as though you were looking with a friend. I strongly recommend Kelli Williams. For as long as she is in the business I will not consider another agent.
