    We purchased our Cape Coral home while being in another state. Kelly was always available for any questions we had by phone and made herself available for the limited time we had when in Cape Coral for inspections and meeting with contractors. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge of the area and helped us with a list of contractors and subcontractors to use for everything from remodeling to dock installation. It was truly a pleasure working with Kelly and would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

    Kelly Hammer is a real pro. She kept us up to date on marketing, public interest and answering all questions. We had more than 1 offer and she was very informative about the pros and cons of each one, guiding us to the best possible outcome. We previously listed with a company who claimed to use only the top agents in our area. What a waste of time. It took over a month to get a sign on our property, I had to provide most of the highlights for the listing and it was miscatagorized as dry land, not waterfront in all the selling platforms. I would feel very comfortable referring her to family and friends. Kelly Hammer is now my go to realtor!
