We started looking at homes we thought were viable. She heard us speak of the shortcomings and found the one to accomplish our goals. When the bidding started, she was pursuant to helping us stay ahead of the competition. "Check mate" was accomplished and then she began to help in securing the best price. She never left our side and never let us have questions unanswered. While home buying can be stressful, I didn't worry because she had answers for every scenario in securing the home we needed. Mrs. Ausburn is certainly at the top of her game!
