Buyer reviewWe wanted to explore areas in Raleigh and gave Kelly our wish list. We searched for almost a year and saw over 13 properties. We came close to purchasing two, but ultimately decided not to move forward. This was partly due to Kelly's advice and forethought. We put our search on hold for a few months, and then the perfect property became available. Kelly was ready to move when we were and within 72 hours of the house being listed, our offer was accepted and we closed within two weeks. Kelly has a network of professionals who rose to every occasion within hours of contact regardless of the need or request. Her attention to detail, knowledge of every facet of buying and selling a home and her willingness to climb through any crawlspace or attic, rain (her preferred weather) or shine, with a beaming smile is exceptional. Most important, Kelly is highly respected by her peers due to her calm, friendly and trusted demeanor, which made the stress of buying a home manageable and actually fun!
