Seller reviewKelly was a wonderful asset in the experience of selling my home. She was always on time and on target. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She had to deal with some difficult situations. One in particular is that the agent of the client who bought the property was inexperienced. That created a problem because at one point that agent contacted me directly for information. This put me in a difficult situation. I contacted Kelly and she problem the situation flawlessly. She did a wonderful job of helping me set up the property in a way that led to the sale. She recommended Sisters Interior design and they did a great job. Kelly helped me deal with a difficult situation when we were negotiationg the provisions of the sale. She also helped me deal with the stress that was related to the buyers being dropped from their first lender. The buyers secured alternate financing and Kelly helped me every step of the way through the sale and closing. I unreservedly recommend Kelly.

They helped in creating an executable strategy regarding the house both from a marketing and improvements factor. They were able to lay a clear pathway to achieving the list price agreed upon and they completely delivered. Along the way they were informative and set expectations of the work needed to be done and the timeframe to work with. I would recommend them both for their professional nature and strategic vision/execution.
