She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process and extremely detailed when explaining everything to me in layperson terms. I needed that because everything was so new to me as this was my first home purchase, and she really helped me to understand everything that was happening throughout each step of this process. She really went out of her way to help when I had issues with my first lender and everything worked out perfectly in the end because of her efforts. I will choose her as my realtor in the future and will recommend Kelly to friends and family looking to purchase a home.
