My wife and I chose to use a VA home loan, which became very arduous and had many sets of hoops to jump through to meet their demands. However, Kelly Laforce was there to go to bat for us and assist us every step of the way. Her communication was stellar and her knowledge throughout our purchase instilled a lot of confidence in me and my wife. When seller and/or lender demands changed throughout our buying experience, Kelly was flexible and adaptable and communicated the requirements to us better than the VA could/did.
