Kelly was amazing! She knew a lot about the cities we were looking to purchase a house in and was very helpful. We bought our home in Brook Park and she knew everything about that city. She helped guide me with the schools for my children and even trash pick-up questions I had. She is clearly very involved with her community, and I love that! When I was unsure of an inspector to use, she referred a couple to me and the one I chose was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer every question I had for her. She made the whole process easy. Kelly was super patient with us. There was a point where I thought I might just be too picky, and she reassured me not to settle and that the right house was out there. She always answered my questions quickly and was available every time I wanted to view a house. I loved that she remembered everything I was looking for in a house and would notice details that I did not notice (such as pictures being deceiving on yard size or narrow driveways that did not meet our needs). Her attention to detail saved us a lot of time by avoiding houses that did not meet our needs. I also want to mention how great she was with my kids! She made sure they were involved in the process and was attentive to their wants, opinions, and needs. Kelly and Century 21 HomeStar made our first home purchase an amazing experience.
