After 32 years in the healthcare field, I decided to pursue my dream of helping others in a different way. Buying and selling real estate. I have personally been involved in many real estate transactions in my personal life and know the apprehension, and excitement it can bring. It can also be overwhelming and that is why I am here. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or have owned your home for decades, I am dedicated to helping ease your way through the twists and turns of the real estate path. I am proud to be a member of the Century 21 Lund, Realtors family. Robert Lund started this company over 65 years ago and still holds his license. Buyer reviewI worked with Kelly on purchasing a property with some hard requirements and a double contingency. I knew it would be difficult to find the right place for the right price, but we were able to find properties to view and I was given expert advice about the suitability of various properties that we looked at. I trusted Kelly to have the knowledge about the local terrain and suitability of the homes we viewed, and she was able to guide me through the price negotiation process in a way that made me feel I was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Kelly for anyone purchasing property in the area.

She did a fantastic job keeping us up to date and since we were buying from out of state we couldn't have done it without her willingness to work with us and figure out how to get everything done!

Seller reviewSelling this property was the best experience, and went better than we expected. Kelly was very helpful with us being first time sellers and we had a lot of questions. She returned all of our calls in a timely manner and always kept us updated with any new information on our sale. I must admit I thought it was going to be a long process but to our delight, it was not. I would definitely use Kelly and century 21 again and definitely recommend her to all my friends, and family, and already have.
