As a first-time VA home buyer in another state, she went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had about the process and the home itself. She took the time to make the process a personal transaction about the livelihood of my family and not just business involvement. Mrs. Moore was very humble, honest, and did not fluff anything so that I could make accurate and timely decisions on many issues. If the time comes to sell this home someday or buy another in the area, I do not want to deal with anyone else. I had a strong peace of mind on all of this when dealing with Mrs. Moore. She answered every question I had and answered every call!

I was previously with 2 other realty companies. The first was Liberty Realty who we didn't know was horrible and other realtors didn't want to work with them. Then we went with Howard Hannah from a recommendation from a friend. Well Howard Hannah thinks that their name will sell the house, which it didn't. I even asked the broker to deal with me directly and she couldn't even get people there she just kept wanting me to lower the price! I finally got them to let me out of my contract because I was so unhappy. Kelly Moore was already trying to help by giving suggestions and trying to at least bring a buyer in. As soon as I got out of my contract with Howard Hannah, I signed with Kelly Moore. Because of her actually advertising and trying, we got an offer and a purchase agreement exactly 2 weeks after I signed with her! It took over a year to sell my house only because I didn't have Kelly from the start' I'm so glad she came to me and introduced herself! I'm so thankful for her and the great job she did!!

Kelly did an excellent job for us. She went above and beyond what we were expecting. She worked very hard to get our house sold. We really appreciate her work.
